Tuff-Luv Spark Leather Kindle Cover With Light – ReviewGearZap have kindly sent me this Kindle Cover with Light to review, I’ve used it for about a week now and I really love it. The racing green colour has been a real hit with me and all the people that have seen it so far, although I’m sure it won’t be to some peoples taste! It fits really well around my Kindle – no loose edges or bits left uncovered; other than the intentional cut-outs that ensure that the Kindle is still fully usable whilst remaining inside the case. Who are Tuff-Luv?Tuff-Luv make really cool cases for a large number of popular devices (obviously including Kindle Covers) but also make iPad 2 cases, MacBook Pro cases and way more. All of their stuff seems to be really high quality; despite their reasonably low price points. Kindle Cover with Stand and LightObviously this case has many great features, but two of the best are that is has a stand as part of the case which makes reading comfortable wherever I have been reading, and also that it comes with a Kindle light. Kindle lights are something that should have either been implemented into the original Kindle design, or should come free with the Kindle – the main problem with them is that their e-ink isn’t backlit! However, that gripe with Kindle aside, the light is amazing and has had me reading into the early hours of the morning.
![]() How well made is the case? You can tell that a lot of care has gone into the design and manufacturing of this Kindle cover; the colours are amazing, the stitching is perfect and all of the cut-outs line up perfectly with the features of the Kindle.
Conclusion Overall, I would rate this case 9/10 – I’ve only docked a point because the colour wouldn’t be to everybody’s taste and wouldn’t be suitable for business purposes, but I think the overly reasonable price of £29.95 easily makes up for that. Pros:
Cons:
A big thanks to GearZap.com for supplying me with the case to try out. Why not check out the rest of their kindle accessories? Comments (1)
