I personally use Google Global a lot as it helps when I do searches to easily determine what competitors are doing on Google AdWords without having to worry about adding extra operators to the search string to search UK, USA, Australia etc. Read about it here >>

I use the seoquake bar, its great for getting a quick assessment of the competition and your own site. Not very good if you have a slow connection though as you will end up waiting awhile for the information to come through.

it is a little bar that displays in the lower right corner and gives you PageRank, Alexa, and Compete numbers, (also SEOmoz)

I know these numbers are not everything but they are a guide to a sites popularity.

NIce site! The whole idea sounds very interesting. I am a little confused on the whole process of how it all works just a little bit though.

This list is great! Half of my go to add-ons are in this list, the other half, well, I've got to go install them! I'm hoping they will work in the latest iteration of Firefox. I've had issues with some of the not loading. One that I would add is the Page Speed add-on which works inside of Firebug. Great work!
